First, I would like to congratulate you on taking steps to prepare, recover, retrain, or restore your body wherever you are in your maternal health & fitness journey! My coaching style relies on us getting to know each other to maximize our results together. As you embark on this fitness journey, it is important to remember that everyone's process is different. We will take our time together to properly learn your body, especially your core, and what will prepare, heal, and restore you best. Learn more about the process under fitness. Now for a little more about myself... I am a wife, mother of 2 (currently pregnant with my 2nd), nurse, and pre/postnatal health & fitness specialist. As wonderful and special as my first pregnancy was, I dealt with swollen hands & feet, backaches, excessive night sweats. The worse symptom was borderline pre-eclampsia. I became a pin cushion during pregnancy, delivery, and even after giving birth. I knew there had to be another way! Equipped with my personal & nursing experiences, B.S. in Kinesiology, and AFPA certification in pre/postnatal health & fitness coaching, I created KMP Studio! KMP Studio came about from my own journey through health & fitness during pregnancy & motherhood. My mission for KMP Studio is to get all moms, expecting and postpartum, active! Through education, guidance, and individualized coaching, my goal is to show moms that pregnancy, birth, and motherhood do not have to be plagued by all the common "symptoms" we have been taught comes with having a baby! During pregnancy is the perfect time to lead a healthy & fit lifestyle so that you can tackle all the things motherhood throws your way without aches, pains, tiredness, or excess weight holding you back from enjoying life.
